Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the level of investigating for the sense among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and comparing it with a number of students at other faculties at the University of Baghdad according to the variables: the type of study and gender.

The research used the descriptive approach .The research sample included (300) students representing the faculties of sports education, engineering, media, political sciences with an average of (60) male and female students at each faculty of the research community, which consists of 24 faculties for the academic year 2011-2012 .The research used the scale of investigating of sense Lizokarman ,which consists of 20 items and each item has two answers ( True and False).

The researcher concluded that there is a good level of investigating sense of feeling among students at the Faculty of Physical Education and there are differences in the level of this attribute between students of the Faculty of Physical Education and students of other non-sports faculties and playing sports play an important role in these differences
