Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to highlight the role of reengineering in achieving a competitive advantage, by applying radical changes in all processes performed by the entreprise, which helps to reduce cost through the efficient use of resources, and speed in decision- making, and maintain only the necessary operations, or achieve quality by performing operations correctly, focusing on the customer, and selecting the best competencies, all this allows to achieve excellence and gain a competitive advantage.
