يحتوي هذا البحث في البداية على مقدمة عامة عن العمائر الدينية من خلال الحديث عن معنى العمائر الدينية، و ضيفتها، أهميتها، إلى جانب عرض أنواعها و ظروزها.
يلي ذلك عرض لأهم أنواع العمائر الدينية و هي الجامع، المدرسة، و الضريح، مع عرض وظيفة كل نوع منها و كذلك تطور تخطيطها خلال العصور الإسلامية مع التركيز على العصر العثماني.
بعد ذلك يقوم البحث بدراسة تفصيلية للعمائر الدينية الموجودة بحي النحاسين و هي مدرسة و جامع محب الدين أبو الطيب، ضريح الشيخ نسا الخرساني، جامع عبد اللطيف القرافي، مدرسة و جامع تغري بردي، جامع الشيخ مطهر، و أخيرا جامع الشيخ الجوهري.
تتضمن الدراسة التفصيلية لهذه العمائر القيام بدراستها تاريخيا، و أثريا، و فنيا من خلال ذكر تاريخ الإنشاء، رقم التسجيل بهيئة الآثار، أسم المنشئ، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة الوصف الأثري و الفني و الزخرفي لكل أثر.
في النهاية قمت بتزويد هذا البحث بمجموعة من ألأشكال و اللوحات الموضحة و بعد ذلك ختمت البحث بعرض النتائج مع المقترحات و التوصيات.

Abstract This research aims to give a historical, archaeological, artistic, and tourist study for the religious buildings in al-Nahassin district at the Ottoman period.
Firstly; the research gives a general background about the religious buildings in general within showing its meaning, its function, its importance and its types.
Then; it talks about the most famous types of the religious buildings in details; which are: the mosque, the Madrasa, the mausoleum; with its planning and its development especially during the Ottoman period.
After that; the research studies in details the religious monuments in al-Nahassin district which are: Madrasa and mosque of
