Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the practice of school principles for educational leadership standards from teachers' points of view in educational directorate of Al-Mafraq district in Jordan.

The population of the study consisted of all the teachers in educational directorate of Al-Mafraq district whose number is (2981).

The sample of the study consisted of (450) teachers.

To collect the data, a questionnaire of (36) items for the educational leadership practice was developed.

Its validity and reliability were checked.

The results of the study showed that the whole mean score and the mean scores of questionnaire areas for the degree of school principles' practice for educational leadership standards from teachers' points of view were high and in descending order as follows: Communication, Resource Management, Self-Development, Planning and Evaluation, Learning-Centered Leadership, Leadership, Values and Vision.

The study also indicated that there were no statistical significant differences among means responses of the study sample, due to gender and teachers' experience.
