Abstract EN

This hadith is talked about another hadith of the prophet Muhammed (pace be upon him) that attributed the Asharies especially at their cooperation at travelling and residence.

Asharies are a tribe in famous Yemen and most of them transformed Muslim, saw the prophet, and become the followers the most obvious Abu Musa Al Ashary.

The researcher writes out it from the leaders Bukhari and Muslim that narrated it from Abu Musa Al Ashary, then defines and stays on the words up to the most important pints that scholars get and try to take out project society cooperation.

In this research is analyzed the concept of (Atakeef Fiqhy) of the purpose Takeef fiqhy and the way between them until it will become the base of the modern project.

At the end, the researcher offers the society cooperation.

At the beginning is talked about the way of establishing, method of accommodate and using the costs, talks about the rules of Zakat in the project.
