Abstract EN

Sultan Muzaffar –Din Kokubry received great interest of researchers & historians, Thanks to his resolved personality, which had beed characterized by the virtues of morality stemming of teachings for indulgent Islamic religion.

He devoted his time to the produce of union & cohesive society of all races and religions, while preserving the national, religious & confessional characteristics of all.

And bringing Justice & equality will be in their hands, and tolerance will be their supporter.

In the reign of Sultan Muzaffar –Din the city of Erbil was controlled by peace & safety, in which Kurdish, Turkmen, Arab, Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Izidi & other believers and religions lived in Erbil, all kinds of society had their rights and duties on the basis of citizenship, and what has done to serve their society and city.

During his reign in the state of Erbil Sultan Muzaffar –Din fought dishonesty & nepotism, although he was a good people, but he was very rigorous with all those who tried to reach his hand over nation or private stores in way illegally or trying to blackmail citizens by menace to armed service others to payoff, or to create for opening among the members of society based on national, sectarian bigot and ethnic nerves, & there is no doubt that these points are a positive point in profit of the Sultan.

This is a research paper through which the researcher tries to make clear the concept of peaceful religious living together peacefully in the city of Erbil under the reign of Sultan Muzaffar –Din Kokubry and his duty in keeping constancy & social peace, as security & peace are the most important necessity of the life, upon which the development of society, economic & political, as depends on the psychological stability of the individual & groups within the society, whenever a person feels safe for his or her life, religion, wealth and presentation, there is no doubt that this will have a positive impact on the security, wholeness & development of the state at all degrees
