This study presents, as a first step, the theoretical bases of the professionalisation of education, and the necessary skills, in addition to the most outstanding professionalization models.

And in a second step, it spreads the different difficulties raised by the educational literature concerning the process of professionalization of education, including: Prejudices that hinder the conceptualization of education- The difficulty of defining the teaching skills - the mistrust of about innovation and career development - The relationship between practice settings and faculties - Teachers' report to teacher knowledge
