لا تتأتى حماية البيئة، إلا بالشعور الكامل بالمسؤولية، والتي أساسها النهوض بأمانة الاستخلاف كما أمر الشارع.
والإسلام كما حمى البيئة من جهة الأخلاق والمراقبة العلوية المستمرة، حماها بإيقاع العقوبات الجزائية، والمتمثلة في تطبيق الحدود والتعازير، وأتبعها بالمطالبة المالية المترتبة على الضرر البيئي، والتي تترجمها المسؤولية المدنية البيئية، وذلك بإبطال العقود وفسخها، أو توقيق الضرر وإزالته، أو التعويض عن الضرر البيئي، وهو الضمان.
Abstract EN
We cannot protect the environment however, The sense of responsibility, And that the basis of the progress honestly succession , As God had ordered Of Islam has also maintained on the environment in high morality, Establishes the criminal sanctions ,As the application of houdoudes and taazir, And financial claim for environmental damage, It is environment al liability.
