Abstract EN

It is not secret to every student to know that the work on spreading the forensic science from the closest to the lord of the slaves and the earth and the heavens and from them especially if it is related to the science of the fundamentals of religion and the unification of God and the return of suspicions related to the foot of the article and its components that have had a negative impact in the minds of philosophers and their faith speech and belief .

The title of our research on( ( Haili between speakers and philosophers)) is an important term used by the philosophers of the Greeks before Islam , and they called it names, sometimes by article, picture and sometimes substance.

These terms were influenced by some philosophers of Islam and tended to the opinion of the philosophers of Greece and descended in their valley and proved with the foot of the ancient haili five.

The scholars of speech have employed this term in proving the occurrence of the material and its bias and its composition and change and used it to criticize what the philosophers went from the fact that the article is old as the gift of God and is quoted by Allah Almighty as saying that they are great, even though they were wise to God to see the truth in the universe charged with his evidence.

The division of research was based on the following demands : First requirement ,Definition of the word haili language and terminology.

Second requirement ,the meaning of haili and its truth.

The third requirement , the talk of the elements and the roots of the haili .

The fourth requirement , the haili between his introduction to the philosophers and his occurrence at the speakers .

Research objectives can be summarized as follows :- 1- Show the philosophical and theological aspect in the issues associated with the word haili 2- To highlight the value of mental sciences that are mutually supportive with transport evidence.
