In this article we tackle a very Important issue in pragmatics entitled "conversational implicature", a characteristic of the natural languages and which was a subject of interest to the English philosopher Herbert Paul Grice mainly in his article ‘Logic and conversation’ published in 1975.

We try to analyse the quranic conversations according to his theory relying on the maxims of conversation and the context.
