Abstract EN

While the multiple Sexual intercourses between man and woman - outside marriage- are unlawful and forbidden in Islamic Law, it may not punishable by Law except in case that one of parties is married, on terms.

Those unlawful relationships may give birth to illegitimate children, in spite of the existence of juristic opinion, that give them the right of parentage under specific conditions will be discussed below, through the present article.
