The profession of the real estate expert engineer is practiced individually by persons who take topography as an official activity, as practiced also in the form of a civil society ,these are the traditional models that make no longer a form of appropriate legal frameworks to have a challenges facing the real estate engineer ;especially with the development of the legal system of this profession, this is witnessed by many countries like the rest of the free professions.

For the comparative legislations, such the French, gives a great importance to the free professions, and there is no need to follow their successful experiences in this field, where the legal framework of commercial companies for free professions in general and the profession of the real estate engineer in particular is an important legal tool to develop this profession without dispensing with the principle of individual practice in the form of a civil company for these professions.
