The International Criminal Court is The first permanent judicial institution ,it was set up for who committed the most serious and Dangerous crimes ,so it is a gain for the victims of armed conflicts since the entry into the Rome Statute on 01/07/2002 .
The court must have Judicial and administration structures wish can be found on Section IV subject 34 and section XI from the Rome Statute including only the Subject 112; And in terms of judicial organization The International Criminal Court is composed from presidency ; appeal; primary stage; pre-trial division; and that what achieves the principle of litigation on two levels as well as judges the human element in the formation.
This just is not enough for the court wherefore we must add administrative organization consists of prosecution office; registry of the court; that all to guarantee procedures and achieves fair trial and also the association of states which form administration and public finance, and the legislature of the International Criminal Court.
