Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة الأخطاء على أداء العاملين الإداريين بجامعة الأقصى، و قد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و تم تصميم استبانة صممت خصيصا كأداة للدراسة، كما تم إجراء مقابلات شخصية مع المسئولين في إدارة جامعة الأقصى، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (689) موظف من الموظفين الإداريين و الأكاديميين بمنصب إداري، و استخدمت الباحثة العينة العشوائية الطبقية من عينة الدراسة و التي بلغت (247) موظف.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها : وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05< a) بين إدارة الأخطاء و أداء العاملين الإداريين بجامعة الأقصى.

بينت استجابات المبحوثين وجود موافقة بدرجة متوسطة بأن إدارة الأخطاء تؤثر على أداء العاملين الإداريين و الأكاديميين بوظائف إدارية في جامعة الأقصى.

بينت النتائج أن المتغيرات المؤثرة على أداء العاملين الإداريين في جامعة الأقصى هي الاتصال حول الأخطاء أفقيا و رأسيا في الهرم التنظيمي، و التنسيق لمعالجة الأخطاء" بينما تبين ضعف المتغيرات " التخطيط للوقاية من الأخطاء، تحديد الخطأ بسرعة و السيطرة عليه، المساعدة في المواقف الخاطئة، معالجة آثار الأخطاء.

و قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أهمها : - نشر ثقافة إدارة الأخطاء.

- ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق آليات خاصة بمبادئ إدارة الأخطاء.

- استخدام أساليب حديثة في معالجة الأخطاء.

- توفير خطة لتطبيق مبادئ إدارة الأخطاء.

English Abstract

This study aimed at recognizing the effect of Error Management on the performance of administrative staff at Al-Aqsa University.

The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method where the questionnaire was designed as the main data collection tool.

In addition, the researcher conducted interviews with the administrators of Al-Aqsa University.

The study population consisted of (689) administrative and academic staff.

Furthermore, the researcher utilized the random stratified sample consisted of (247) staff.

The study results concluded the followings : •There is a statistically significant relationship at (α ≤0.05) between error management and the performance of administrative and academic staff at Al- Aqsa University.

•The respondents approved, moderately that error management affects the performance of administrative and academic staff at Al-Aqsa University.

•It’s factor that affect the performance of administrative staff at Al-Aqsa University are : Communication about errors both ; horizontally and vertically ; in the organizational pyramid, and coordination to handle errors.

On the other hand, it is observed the weakness of other factors namely ; planning for error prevention, rapidly determine and control faults, provide assistant in wrong situations, and handle errors.

The study recommended the following : •Spreading out the culture of error management.

•Implementing some mechanisms related to the principle of error management.

•Using modern methods in handling errors.

•Provide a plan to apply the principles of error management.
