The importance of multimedia has increased which prompted many educators to communication between all parties of the educational process search for the best ways to provide better use of these technologies in order to develop educational outcomes Number of experts in pedagogy thinks that "new technologies of information and communication" and open the most important way that can push our education great strides forward currently are new horizons to build new educational strategies able to improve the quality of education in the Arab World this study seeks to examine the communicational approach of interactive From this point of view with a focus on the philosophy of this approach in the multimedia in the educational field in order recruitment of new technologies of communication and information in instructional design to develop the quality of education and achieve the desired goals of it Two questions are posed in this study: What are the foundations underlying the communicational approach in its understanding of the educational process in the context of the massive developments in the use of modern technologies in education? To what extent can considered that the communicational approach represents a solution to some of the outstanding problems in the education classical approaches especially in relation to the use of multimedia and new electronic spaces in the field of education?
