Job stress is one of important issue that received considerable attention in contemporary organizations, as they usually seck to achieve their objectives through human resources efforts.

Actually, human resource is the most important and expensive production factor, thus, any troubles he may face will directly impact organizational performance.

Hence, different types of organizations seck to match their needs with needs and desires of their employees, and provide a suitable work environment, in order to increase their performance, which will affect the achievement of organizations objectives.
