Abstract EN

The problematic of this article is related closely to what our societies over the Muslim Ummah is suffering from.

The main Issues in this article is the destructive outcomes of the social injustice in all aspects of our societies, I choose to trait the subject through the noble Sunnah of the prophet S.W.because it is the second source of the Islamic thought and it is strongly authentic.

The study came in three axes: conceptual framework: addressing the concepts of the basic vocabulary of the study The second axis reviewed the effects of social injustice in the Prophetic Sunnah.

Then the third axis, how the Sunnah addressed social injustice, through the Medina script, and the socialization of the mosque: with its characteristics, and its strength of values .

And finally the findings and recommendations.
