Le changement est devenu aujourd'hui une donnée permanente dans la vie de toute organisation moderne, en faveur d’apporter des réponses adaptées aux difficultés rencontrées dans un environnement turbulent.
dans cette perspective, nous essayerons d'après ce travail de présenter le management par projet comme nouveau défi organisationnel et managérial des entreprises, destiné à gérer le changement et à améliorer continuellement la performance globale des activités, dans un milieu de travail de plus en plus contraignant.
