Abstract EN

This paper provide the study of one of the modern mechanisms of banking assessment in Algeria, the model of supervision and banking rating (SNB), and simulated on a sample of banks operating in Algeria showing its effectiveness in evaluating the performance and solidity of banks level, and that the sample of the study suffers from a concentration problem in the assets and clearly demonstrates the low quality standards of the assets.

Accordingly, the study recommended that the framework applicable to banking operations should be improved and managed, and that the use of banking assessment systems should be widely disseminated, allowing periodic monitoring of safety indicators and appropriate measures.
