Abstract EN

This research has dealt with the issue of gathering the condition and oath in one linguistic structure.

Each the condition and oath consists of two parts; the condition and the condition answer, and the oath and the oath answer.

The grammarians, in this matter, say that the answer is to the former, and the latter's answer is deleted.

However, when studying the texts of the Holy Quran which contain this structure, it is found that the answer must be to the condition weather it comes first or later.

This result has been concluded in two sections; the first is the conditional structure which has two structures literally and meaningfully with which its communication is achieved.

The second is the Oath Function which showed that the oath linguistic achievement is assertion.

This study ends up that the oath is used to confirm only.

If both, the oath and condition, are used together, the answer is to the condition even if it comes later.
