The rule of exempting the unable individuals from carrying out legal assignments is considered to be one of the first issues examined in different sciences.

It has become an interesting subject for many groups of scientists, such as the mutakallimūn who are known as scholars of kalam (science of discourse), because it is related to the principle of ‘hasin’ and ‘gubih’ that literally mean good and ugly, which are regarded as the majors of Islamic scholastic theology, an important characteristic that has distinguished Aladliya (Mu'tazila and Imamates) from Ash'ariyyah.

This matter has been looked into by mufesreen (explainers) as there are Quranic verses related to .the abovementioned rule.
