This study aims to investigate the impact of work climate on the quality of work life of the staff members in the food and beverage industry sector in the Gaza strip, Palestine.

we used an adaptable model generated to represent the work climate through the supportive management, intrinsic and extrinsic reward, decision autonomy, social support, health and safety at work and the physical work environment to investigate the impact of these elements on quality of work life.

we discussed the impact of work climate factors on the quality of work life and made recommendations for further researches and organizations.
