Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التعرف والتحقق من أثر تحليل البيئة الداخلية على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية في عمان، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانه تحتوي على (44) فقرة وتم اختبار صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة من الشركات الصناعية وعددها (1437)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ((274) شركة، وتم إجراء عملية التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (spss) وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وفي النهاية توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها : وجود تأثير ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لتحليل البيئة الداخلية على تحقيق الميزة التنافية في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود ائر لمتغير الهيكل التنظيمي، و الانتاج والعمليات على الكلفة في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود أثر لمتغير الهيكل التنظيمي على التميز في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية.
وعدم وجود أثر المتغير الثقافة، على التركيز في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية.
English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the Effect of identification and verification of the impact of the analysis of the internal environment in achieving a competitive advantage in the Jordanian industrial companies in Amman, and to achieve the objectives of the study has been prepared a questionnaire containing (44) items were tested validity and stability, and the study population of the study sample consisted of (274) companies.
The statistical analysis of the data was carried out.
The data was analyzed using the statistical packages program (SPSS).
The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach.
Statistically significant at the level of d the results show that there is no effect of the organizational structure variable, production and operations on the cost in the Jordanian industrial companies.
The results also showed no effect of the organizational structure variable on the excellence in the lack of impact of the culture variable on the focus of the Jordanian industrial companies.
