Abstract EN

The cultural al-sheikh Mohammed bin al-Hassan al hur al-Aamili (a.h 1033- 1104 ) has a book [ wassail al-Shia ] this book considered as one of the most important modern series for al- emamia ' which their jurists depends on it ( when they need to derive juries prudence ) since it an thorship till this time.

- the way which al-Hur al-Aamili depends on it in his authorship of , al-Wasa'l was very near to the way of sheikh al hilly (676.h), in his book (shara' al-Islam).

- then this book becomes as a curriculum followed till this day.

- the aim of this report is to explain the benefit of al-Hur which he put at the end of his book (al-Wasa'l).

- as we know this science is very important in the study of prophetic speech, through it , the specialists of cultural science can give their judgments and accept the speech or neglect it.
