This study is intended to illustrate the concept of ijtihad in the Maliki doctrine and the rules of the work of the interest in the Islamic Shariah, which should be taken into account when considering the provisions; to be in accordance with the sharia, and based on the rules and foundations that should be considered in the consideration and reasoning.

the study included some of the practical examples of the work of the Sahaabah, and some of the models of the work of hard work in the Maliki school, especially concerning the transactions such as: sale of ablution, sale of land, pricing, traffic law and others.
