Abstract EN

The researcher aims at from the study to investigate the Jordanians commercial banks achievements .such achievements are represented by the profitability coming in from return on investments .return on equity and return on stock .It’s important to determine the factors affecting on the profitability.

The methods employed are pooled time series data as well as regression analysis .Both methods relied on dependent variables ;Risk Facing Banks, concentration at market and Market Size .These dependent variables will be measured with three dependent variables :ROA .

ROA .and EPS .Both de¬pendent and independent were organized in a mathematical equations .

The results find that there is a significant impact of the dependent vari¬ables on the independent variables represented by the measures of ROA and ROE .On the other hand both independent variables named above had a negative impact on the percentage of return on stock
