Abstract EN

This study aimed at clarifying the legal provisions of the senses and their role in the financial transactions, in light of the definition of each of the vocabulary presented by this study (senses - definition of the senses phenomenon: it's hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch).

The phrase, and contains two requirements, the first requirement: the reference to the phrase, and has two b ra nc hes: Sectio n I: mute's reference.

Section 1: Reference to mutes, and the second requirement: the writing of the phrase in the financial transactions, and indicated that the most correct statements of the scholars that the reference and writing are the denominator of the phrase in the financial contracts, has been specific provisions for the existence of smell and taste and touch sight of the blind, and explained that the most likely and God knows the best, what the owners of the first say about the validity of the sale of the blind and that taste or smell or touch is the place of vision.

Then I recommended the teaching of such provisions, and the understanding, especially for Islamic science students in the region of Kurdistan and the Islamic countries and they need for their working lives.

I recommend encouraging graduate students to research such provisions for people's needs.
