The legitimately of Imam Hussein‘s Revaluation : An Islamic Perspective Imam Hussein had recognized the idea of hereditary authority which was founded by Umayyad as opposite with the Islamic authority .

and he was the fifth one of AIKassa , the inheritor of prophet’s family , and the second conqueror after his grandmother the messenger of Allah who was the first conqueror .

Imam Hussein‘s Revaluation dealt with several aspects concerning the inserting of Islam and Muslims .

for instance, the historical aspect where by it shed light on the reality of Muhammadian Islam .

And the ideological aspect when the things were being mingled and un recognizable .

Prophet’s saying embodied that ( A one who was dead without knowing the Imam of his / her age would be died as a heathen death ) .

The social aspect , Imam Hussein , his family and his followers were the good ideal standing against the corruption .

The political aspect exposed the reality and qualification of the ruler.

Did the position of khalifa is from Allah ? Or as it was agreed ? And had the nation matured to lead itself by itself ? Hussein’s revoluation derived its legality from prophet’s saying : Hussein is from me and I am from him .

The study consist of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion : The first part : The first section : Hussein in the Holy jurisprudence (Sharia) : The first : Hussein in the holy Quran .

The second : Hussein in Prophetic Sunnah .

The second section : A comparative study about the uprising of Imam Hussein from his birthday till the declaration of the revalution .

The second part : The first section : The opinion of sacred Shara in the authority of Yazid and his ancestors.

The second section : How did Yazid take the power by Maywya ? how was it imposed om Muslims.

The third section : The opinions and attitudes of Sini scientists and historians towards Yazid ‘s action .
