Abstract EN

The scholars kept on the Prophetic hadith from the first ages, which was the second source of Islamic Shara.

They followed an approach of insuring its right hadith from false one.

As a matter of their caring , they put rules revealing throughout of them the corrected Prophetic text .

The narrator(Alrawyi) should be accepted by the critics and the professional scholars.

For instance, what was put by Al-Bukhari as a condition to accept the rightful hadith .

While other famous Imams, each one of them had his own condition which he mentioned it in his book such as Ibn Hibban in his book Al-Majroheen(The Incredible Narrators).

So as , there were many narrators who had been restricted by Ibn Hibban 's rules.

In other word , they were studied by Al-Bukhari and Muslim in his Saheh (book).

However, we should not obligate to leave the hadiths that were regarded as uncorrected by Ibn Hibban , who neglected them.

Otherwise, some narrators might be non rightful while they were trust themselves.
