The term extremism is one of the most important terms that have been discussed in the contemporary period, and the term carries a very common perception and we mean terrorism here.

These two terms are two typical terms that change and focus on the motives and the narratives, which are linked to beliefs, intellectual orientations and even human desires.

In this article I would like to present the Western position on extremism and terrorism, and, I also dedicate the views of Noam Chomsky with the necessary attention to explain the Western vision from a purely western perspective.
