Abstract EN

This present study seeks to highlight the teaching of literary texts through the implementation and analysis of discourse.

it attempts to confirm that discourseintegrated literature teaching may be an important aspect in foreign language education in biskra university.

the researcher's hypothesis stems out of the belief that some knowledge of the reciprocal influence between text and context, the negotiation of meaning between author and reader, and all the linguistic deviations from language norms is necessary to develop empirical interpretations of texts.

therefore, the major aim of this paper is to suggest a new way for reading and understanding texts, a more practical activity than the mere thematic analysis of texts that has been performed for years.
