This study discusses palm cultivation in Iraq, Iran and the problems faced by the agriculture of the two countries and to address the problems arising from its cultivation, which led to the decline in the number of palm and production of dates, and compare the palm cultivation in Iraq and Iran, and highlight the elements of production, variation in production quantities for each Palm, the reasons for this disparity, and it was the most important outcome of this study is that there is a natural Trov-374-suitable for cultivation in the two countries, but Iran's production of one Palm exceeds production in Iraq as a result of a lot of obstacles, notably the unstable conditions, and to address the numerous problems facing the cultivation can support farmers financially and establish associations private producers of dates, and the expansion of the tissue culture of the palm, and the exchange of expertise between Iraq and Iran .
