Moroccan society is experiencing social and cultural transformations that are ravaging institutions of socialization and raising new issues in terms of integration, and, social adjustment.

They also raise new questions in public schools, including the question of "special education", the lack of which prevents the achievement of the aims and objectives of education, causing the waste of wealth and limited resources.

from the outset and dropping development indicators because of school failure, dropping out, and, difficulties in developing learners' skills, in addition to other social dangers, and, cultural deviations that threaten levels of community safety.

And for the public school to address the issue of "special education", as part of its reform process, it must prepare qualified teachers for it.

To what extent has the teacher qualification system been able to integrate or absorb this fact? And what are the expected roles of this device for the harm reduction of the lack of adaptation and for the protection of society from the dangers of this lack of adaptation?
