The officials of the educational system in our country have introduced amendments and improvements in programs and activities in order to raise the level of educational returns and reduce the waste of energies and competencies through the establishment of national committees to reform the curriculum, which was the task of building new curricula that keep abreast of the changes and developments in the world.
In order to prepare an identifiable individual for knowledge who is not a consumer, able to invest knowledge and employ it in his environment, which ensures his ability for successful adaptation and positive thinking, the curriculum makers adopt approaches to reach the established goals and to achieve as much as possible The benefit of learners and the Algerian school approach in its educational policy different approaches, the most important is the approach competencies based on the logic of learning based on the activities and responses of the student in the sense that the student is the focus of the educational process and the teacher is only directed, but the latter is beset by a set of difficulties and obstacles that prevent Applied well on the ground, and this study came to shed light on the most important difficulties applied to the approach competencies.
