Abstract EN
Financial penalties include the elimination of society and the protection of its members from falling into vices, and it certainly has an impact on the personality of the offender himself and on the society.
In these papers we will try to talk about these sanctions and the educational and reform dimension, and how it can reintegrate the offender into society.
