Abstract EN

The political events in Russia between march-November 1917 constituted a great importance in the history of this country towards both the USA on one hand and the western world on the other hand .

Thus , the revolution of March is considered unique as it put an end to a period of time during which some tyrant “Tzars” (Caesars) ruled the Russians for many centuries .

But that revolution didn’t last and was suppressed in October by the socialist revolution after a few months passed .

Thus , the new revolution formed an important change in the political and economic history of Russia .

However , the attitude of the USA government concerning both revolutions was different when there was confession (or support) for the temporal (transitional) government of March revolution as well as not giving financial assistances .

And at the same time , there was a USA firm negative position opposing the socialist revolution of October .
