Abstract EN
The aim of the research is to prepare progressive weights for the development of theendure strength and some of the offensive skills of young footballers.
As well as the recognition of the Effect ofthe exercises in the rise of weights in the range of force and some of the offensive skills of young footballers.
To investigate the research objectives, the researcher hypothesized that there were statistically significant differences between the results of the pre-tribal news of the experimental group in the field of force and some of the offensive skills of the young footballers.
The research procedures included homogeneity in the test of theendure strength and offensive skills (Passing, scoring) The training curriculum was designed to apply to the experimental group of( 20) sports club athletes.
The experimental method was used to achieve the research objectives, as well as conducting several exploratory experiments to overcome problems and difficulties in performing the exercises.
The experimental group carried out the training curriculum prepared by the researcher.
The implementation of the training curriculum took (8) weeks during two courses.
The researcher carried out remote tests in the research variables with the same procedures and steps that were followed in the tribal tests.
The statistical data were processed by means of a number of courses, For the (SPSS) program.
The researcher also found the most important conclusions, including the impact of weight training exercises in the training curriculum positively affect theendure strength of the force.
Also, the progressive exercises in the weights that have been implemented in the training curriculum have a positive impact on the offensive skills (Passing and scoring).
