The present study aims to evaluate the administrative performance of the sport talent management in terms of the organizational commitment in the youth and sports institutions as seen by the employees.

Through a set of sub-goals The sample was (021) employees of sports and youth institutions in Baghdad governorate.

The sample was randomly selected for all workers in sports and youth institutions and 0111.
