The issue of "transitional justice" is the center of interest of researchers, interested and scholars, considering that the fair has become a universal demand especially with the waves of the Arab Spring and revolutions in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Morocco and other Arab and Islamic countries whose peoples came out for freedom, social justice and human dignity.

The term "transitional justice" in relation to the issue of "democratic transition" is one of the most recent issues emerging in the course of new democracies.

Both concepts refer to a crucial stage in determining the future and future of nations aspiring to enshrine the rules of transitional justice.
