يشكل الدستور وثيقة أساسية تضمن حقوق الأفراد على أساس مبدأ المساواة وعدم التمييز، بما فيها فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
أقر المشرع الجزائري دسترة حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات بما يعطي أكثر ضمانه لممارسة حقوقهم والرقابة عليها، وتوافقا مع المنظومة الدولية لحقوق هاته الفئة.
Abstract EN
The Constitution is a fundamental document guaranteeing the rights of individuals on the basis of the principle of equality and non-discrimination, including the category of persons with special needs.
The Algerian legislator passed the Constitution of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which gives the most guarantee for the exercise of their rights and control, in accordance with the international system of rights of this category.
