French nuclear tests in algerian sahara, is one of the more important event known in the north africa during the twenty century, regarding to its damages and to the remaining responsibility of France for the health and environmenal effects.

The colonial State has long denied it responsibility but the stength of the damages and the identity of victims, who are generally frenchs, make a great influence on France to adopt a law about the indemnisation of the nuclear tests victims, but not all.

They have to struggle more and more in order to amend the law of Morin and to estabilish the international responsibility of France
