The defensive position of Algeria towards the crises of the region, especially towards the Libyan crisis was based on the reference to the security and defense doctrine of the state in particular within the framework of the principle and doctrine of non-interference in the internal affairs of States, the doctrine of security has formed a set of defensive positions, 'but the strategic perception imposes on the state more adapted to the geopolitical transformations, as well as the ability to anticipate the trends of events and developments, which necessitates the reconstruction of the premises and references of the process of strategic perception.
