This research includes an analytical study related to the statement of the various benefits of the language and the principles of jurisprudence and general benefits of the verse: "الله الذي أنزل الكتاب بالحق و الميزان" Within two issues: First: In the use of analogical reason (Qiyas), does the use of analogical reason require that the texts should not be covered by accidents ?
