The judiciary has an important role in achieving and providing security.
The judiciary is based on several constitutional and legal principles related to judicial organization and the principles related to trials in accordance with the constitutional principles that guarantee rights and preserve freedoms in State of law.
The judiciary is independent، which makes it able to provide judicial security and gain the confidence of citizens in the justice system.
