In an environment into perpetual change, the current company seeks to ensure its survival and to gain as regard competitiveness.
This obliges it to be more waked up and communicating.
The raw material of the process of the internal communication in company is information.
The internal communication in company information source is a means of management of flows of information interns and division of knowledge.
It is what we try to treat through this paper.
We also carry out a simplified analysis of the situation of the communication interns of an Algerian company, INFRARAIL SPA unit of BENI SAF.

Dans un environnement en perpétuel mutation, l’entreprise actuelle cherche d’assurer sa survie et de gagner en matière de compétitivité.
Ceci l’oblige à être plus éveillé et plus communicante.
La matière première du processus de la communication interne en entreprise est l’information.
La communication interne en entreprise source d’information interne est un moyen de gestion des flux d’information et de partage des connaissances.
C’est ce que nous essayons de traiter à travers ce papier.
Nous procédons aussi à une analyse simplifiée de la situation de la communication interne d’une entreprise algérienne, INFRARAIL SPA unité de BENI SAF
