Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the obstacles of scientific research in the field of management information systems and information technology from the point view of those interested in this field in Jordan universities.

The study shows that there are many obstacles that must be resolved to improve the performance of scientific research, these obstacles such as financial constraints, scientific, administrative and investment.

The findings of research showed dissatisfaction with the level of scientific research, where 79.7% of the research sample were dissatisfied.

The data were collected by questionnaire distributed to the study sample and then analyzed by SPSS and one-way ANOVA test
