Abstract EN

The study aims to sensitize the Algerian SMEs to the role of TQM as a modern method to improve their competitiveness.

The research followed the descriptive approach that fits the nature of the study subject and by following the quantitative method (Multiple regression).

38 SMEs were selected.

The overall impact positively on the competitiveness of Algerian SMEs by more than 56%.

This study deals with improving the competitiveness of Algerian SMEs, which do not have the capacity to export and enter new global markets, and most of these institutions do not have the ability to maintain their local markets from the invasion of large institutions, whether local or international.
