The Knowledge strategy is the most important input on which sustainable compititive advantage, they reflact the organization’s overall and fonctional compititive strategy bay focusing on activities ,processes and function to create the unique value of customers,it is also the path chosen by the organization to develop its Knowledge assets and seek neww sources, and identify points of strength and weaknesses in the knawledge that they have, as well identify the opportunities and threats that you expect to face,and haw to deal with them by developing certain means to ensure a sustainable compititive advantage.
