Abstract EN
The effects of the financial structure on the performance of the Algerian public company operating in the housing sector in the context of the theory of hierarchical financing.
They suggest in particular that the choice of a financing method, whether internal or external, debt or equity, long term or short term is likely to have different effects on financial performance.
It is still necessary that the performance measure be defined and that the effects of these modes of financing converge whatever the chosen performance indicator.
The long-term debt is positively correlated with the financial performance of the company, the debt runs short.
In the end, self-financing also has a negative effect on the company's performance.

Les effets de la structurefinancière sur la performance de l’entreprise publique algérienne opérant dans le secteurde l'habitat dans l’optique de la théorie dufinancement hiérarchique.
Ils suggèrent en particulier que le choix d’un mode definancement, qu’il soit interne ou externe, dettes ou fonds propres, long terme oucourt terme est susceptible d’avoir des effets différents sur la performancefinancière.
Encore faut-il que la mesure de performance soit définie et que leseffets de ces modes de financement convergent quel que soit l’indicateur deperformance retenu.La dette long terme est positivement corrélée à la performance financière del’entreprise, la dette court terme l’est négativement..
Et finalement, l’autofinancement a lui aussi uneffet négatif sur la performance de l’entreprise.
