Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the role of evaluating the performance of employees in sports institutions in determining their training needs from the point of view of their officials.

The researchers used the descriptive methods and applied the measure of identifying the training staff needs in the sports institutions (made by the researchers) on a sample consisting of (08) administrators (heads of departments, offices and director) in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Adrar, through which the came out with the following results : - The assessment of the employees’ performance in sports institutions plays a role in determining their training needs (knowledge, skills, experiences and behaviors) from the point of view of their officials.

- There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α 00.05) in determining the employees training needs in sports institutions from the point of view of their officials attributed to the following variations (age, education, position and professional experience).
